No refund or return of items will be accepted.

Shipping information

Alilamu ltd ships worldwide via reputed courier companies, some of which include TNT, FedEX and UPS. At the moment orders are shipped out within 1-2 workings days. Items are not shipped on Saturday, Sundays and Public holiday. Shipping cost is primarily a functions of weight. Once shipped, orders take 3-5 working days to be delivered internationally. Please note that the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY OR VAT FEES imposed by your country. Alilamu ltd has no control over any additional fees or taxes your country may impose on imports. We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional duties or fees, but in the rare circumstances that this occurs, a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.

Shipping status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
